Julia obtained her B.S. in Animal Health Science at Cal Poly Pomona (Go Broncos!) back in 2010. Became a licensed technician in 2011. She started her technician career in the private practice sector and then went to shelter medicine. High Quality, High Volume spays and neuters are her expertise! When she is not teaching, Julia loves to be outdoors – camping, hiking, fishing, snowboarding, etc. She inhabits her home in the OC with a husband, 2 dogs and 1 cat.
